WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS HAVING A BABY I WAS OVER THE MOON I WAS SO HAPPY I COULD'NT WAIT TO MEET
MY NEW BABY AT 27 WEEKS I WENT FOR A SCAN AND FOUND OUT I WAS HAVING A BABY BOY I WAS OVER JOYED
THAT IT WAS ANOTHER BOY EVERY THING WAS GOING GREAT BUT ON THE 1ST OF JAN MY WORLD WAS SHATTERED I
WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AS I WAS FEELING SO UNWELL AND I HAD'NT FELT MY BABY MOVE. I GOT TO THE
HOSPITAL AND TOLD THE MIDWIFE MY PROBLEMS AND SHE SAID WE WILL PUT YOU ON THE MONITOR TO FIND OUT
WHAT IS HAPPENING SO SHE PUT ME ON THE MONITOR AND THERE, SHE COULD'NT FIND A HEATBEAT SHE SAID
DONT WORRY HE IS HIDDING FROM US ! SHE SAID WAIT HERE AND WE WILL SCAN YOU TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON
WHAT FELT LIKE FOR EVER, THEY CAME BACK WITH THE SCANNER AND THERE MY WHOLE WORLD WAS BLOWN APART
THEY SAID WE ARE SO SO SORRY TO TELL YOU THERE IS NO HEARTBEAT I COULD'NT BREATH. I WILL AS
LONG AS I LIVE, I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY OR THE DAY MY BEAUTIFUL SON KOBI LEA WAS BORN ON THE
2ND AT 3.45PM 6lb 13oz HE WAS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY HE LOOKED JUST LIKE HIS LITTLE SISTER I WAS 38
WEEKS AND 2 DAYS

SWEET LITTLE HAND'S AND BEAUTIFUL RED CHEEKS.THE TIME WE HAD WITH YOU WAS SO VERY SHORT,BUT
WHEN YOU COME PEACE AND SERENITY YOU BROUGHT.
WE KISSED YOU,CUDDLED YOU AND HELD YOU SO TIGHT NOW THINKING OF YOU AT PEACE AND FLOATING ON A CLOUD
AND NEVER BEING AFRAID TO SPEAK YOUR NAME OUT LOAD. WHY OH WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO YOU THE DOCTORS
UNSURE,THEY HAVEN'T A CLUE. YOUR SOUL IS IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER MORE YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN
THAT IS FOR SURE.
SAYING GOODBYE IS SO VERY TRYING OUR HEARTS ARE ACHING AND WE CAN'T STOP CRYING.

My Mummy is a survivor,
or so I've heard it said.
But I can hear her crying at night
when all others are in bed.
I watch her lay awake at night
and go to hold her hand.
She doesn't know I'm with her
to help her understand.
But like the sands on the beach
that never wash away...
I watch over my surviving mum,
who thinks of me each day.
She wears a smile for others...
a smile of disguise!
But through Heaven's door I see
tears flowing from her eyes.
My mum tries to cope with death
to keep my memory alive.
But anyone who knows her knows
it is her way to survive.
As I watch over my surviving mum
through Heaven's open door...
I try to tell her that angels
protect me forevermore.
I know that doesn't help her...
or ease the burden she bears.
So if you get a chance, go visit her...
and show her that you care.
For no matter what she says...
no matter what she feels.
My surviving mummy has a broken heart
that time won't ever heal.
